30-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 30-day return/replacement policy. You may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days after the delivery date. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

For Defective Items

In order to be eligible for a refund or replacement, you have to return the product within 30 days of delivery date and you should follow the process described below

  1. Prior authorization is required for all returns and replacements. You need to contact us via email sandrsalesinc@gmail.com and provide us the reason for return along with your order number.
  2. We will provide a prepaid return label.
  3. You send  us the defective items

Upon receiving your return, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund or replacement.

For Non-Defective Items

In order to be eligible for a refund or replacement, you have to return the product within 30 days of delivery date and you should follow the process described below

  1. Prior authorization is required for all returns and replacements. You need to contact us via email sandrsalesinc@gmail.com and provide us the reason for return along with your order number.
  2. We will provide a return label.
  3. You send us the products. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, new, unopened and unused.
  4. If a replacement is available it will be shipped within 3 days of receipt.

Within 5 days upon receiving your return, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund or replacement. The client is responsible for return shipping costs that will be charged from your refund.

If the product is damaged, opened and or used, or you have initiated the return after 30 days of delivery, additional authorization will be required via email sandrsalesinc@gmail.com.

 

REFUNDS

Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receiving your package. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 3-5 business days for a refund to show on your credit card statement.
